Mohammed Kateeb is an established leader, known for being results-driven, dynamic and highly entrepreneurial. He has a diverse experience in building businesses, teams and identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for over 25 years in the USA, UK and the Middle East.
Before joining Path Solutions, Mohammed has spent 11 years as an executive with Microsoft. He is also known as a key contributor to the region Telecommunication, Media and Information Technology industry; Mohammed founded and led many regional companies like Innovation, Knowledge and Advanced Technologies (InnoKAT) - a regional system integrator; Convergence, a software and service company; Content Technologies, a media content development company; and AlJareed, a telecommunication value added services provider. He also held executive positions like CEO at Kuwait Cable Vision, Managing Director at Desert Door Production, Chairman at Isoratek and Board Director at Sherezade Films.
Currently, Mohammed serves as member of the Board of Trustees of IRTI, an affiliate of the Islamic Development Bank Group (IDBG) to develop a technology-enabled Islamic financial services sector to foster Islamic financial inclusion. He was granted the prestigious ‘Leadership Award 2017 in Information Technologies & Media’ by ISFIN, and named twice among the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Leaders Who Make the Islamic Economy’ in 2016 and in 2015 in ISLAMICA 500. Mohammed was also named among the ‘Top 10 CEOs in Enterprise Software’ in the 2016/17 CEO Insight Global Awards, in addition to being selected ‘Islamic Finance Technology CEO of the Year 2015’ by Business Worldwide magazine.
Fadi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. He joined Path Solutions in 2008 bringing with him a wealth of IT expertise and sales leadership experience, having held key leadership roles in sales, business development, product management and operations in the financial software industry across multiple lines of business applications and Information Technology.
Under his role as Vice President Global Sales at Path Solutions, Fadi is mainly responsible for achieving the company’s global sales, operational and financial objectives while focusing on expanding the company’s client base.
Rosie’s career spans all aspects of communications, marketing and public relations, with an extensive background in arts, politics and finance. Rosie is VP Corporate Communications & Marketing at Path Solutions. She brings to the post a wealth of experience in strategic positioning and campaigning having held various senior positions across a variety of sectors including IT, media and telecoms in addition to working for the Lebanese Government as Head of International Relations & Diplomacy.
At Path Solutions, Rosie is responsible for internal and external strategic commu-nications, corporate identity, brand management and public relations, in addition to market research, advertising and marketing initiatives. Rosie had several publications in the area of finance with special focus on financial markets and IT trends. Rosie holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and a BA in Political Sciences and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University, and speaks fluent French, English and Arabic.
Khaled joined the Presales and Business Consultancy team at Path Solutions in April 2016 as Vice President. He is currently in charge of all Presales activities such as presentations, demos, RFIs, RFPs, etc., supporting the Sales team in achieving the company’s sales and financial objectives.
Khaled has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from the Lebanese University. Before joining the department, Khaled first started at Path in February 2004 as software developer, and moved after few years to Professional Services where he worked as a technical consultant on key iMAL implementations.
In November 2009, he was promoted to a manager position in Product Engineering, then in 2012 he again moved to Product Management. Khaled builds on past knowledge and experience in product development, project management and implementation, and business management consultancy.

Jacob Zachariah Karuvelil has been working with Path Solutions since its inception and is one of its senior Executives. He has more than 26 years of extensive hands-on experience in the fields of Finance, Audit, Operations and Information Technology.
Jacob started his career with Path Solutions as a Senior Consultant. Later on as Project Manager, he implemented more than 15 large-scale projects for financial institutions and banks before progressing to various management positions. Donning the hat of Department Head, Jacob has played a key role in the development of the company leading various departments such as Finance, Administration, Human Resources, ICT, Audit, Compliance & Standards, Organization Development, Operations & Global Support at various stages across the years. Jacob also worked as General Manager for Kuwait Head Office for several years. Now Jacob serves Path as the Executive Vice President - Professional Services, Global Support & CAD. His current responsibilities include leading a global team handling new Project Implementations, Post-Implementation Consultancy and ongoing Support and Training services of all the company’s clients worldwide.
Before joining Path Solutions, Jacob had worked 5 years as Head of IT & Audit at Al Yasra Group, Kuwait. He also worked as an Auditor at Ms. Mathew Eapen & Company Chartered Accountant Firm, India.
Grace received a MS in Computer Science from the Lebanese University. In addition
to her distinguished character and extraordinary energy, she possesses deep tech knowledge developed over 14 years
of experience in the field. She is also a calculated risk-taker, full of creativity and capacity to motivate teams to innovate and succeed in delivering on very complex projects, which ensured her promotion through the ranks of Path Solutions from senior developer up to VP of Engineering after successfully leading the move of iMAL, from client server architecture to the web-enabled SOA compliant N-tier architecture, allowing Path Solutions to remain on top of today’s and tomorrow’s Islamic finance industry.
Sudhakar is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and CISA, USA. He is an experienced finance professional with a wide range of knowledge across industry areas of Software, Power sector, Automobiles & Telecommunications. At Path Solutions, Sudhakar is responsible for all finance functions.
Abdo has more than 19 years of experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology. He has previously worked with the United Nations (UNDP) in the position of ICT Project Manager and has successfully managed projects within the Lebanese e-Government Strategy. Earlier than, he has held senior positions at CISCO Systems Inc. (USA).
At Path Solutions, his responsibilities cover all ICT functions ranging from disaster recovery, information security, capacity building, hardware assessment and others.
Ali has more than 26 years of experience in external and internal auditing, financial control, business consultancy, project management and customer care. Holder of a Bachelor degree in Commerce, Ali has attended several seminars and conferences related to Accounting, Auditing, Islamic Sharia as well as Information Technology. He obtained his Certified Islamic Public Accountant (CIPA) degree from the AAOIFI and another Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Kuwait as well as the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) degree from IIA – USA.
Inderjeet is the Vice President of Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Legal. In this role, he leads Human Resources functions and oversees the legal affairs of Path Solutions globally. He is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and Learning & Development initiatives. He also leads adherence to the spirit of Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, ensures Path’s commitment to integrity and work place ethics through fair investigations and compliance. He is also General Manager of Kuwait Head Office.
Inderjeet has a proven ability to work successfully in a global team in matrix environment, across geographies, cultures and has a track record of leadership and business success with experience in the development and implementation of HR best practices that support business objectives and deliver results with a client-service mindset. He is a good communicator and negotiator with the ability to work under pressure in fast paced, time sensitive environments and is very comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Inderjeet is instrumental in Path’s transformational journey and shaped people, processes and organization structure to help the company prepare for the next spurt of growth. He contributed significantly to improve processes and introduced many new initiatives. Prior to joining Path Solutions, he was Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific for Sybase Inc. (a SAP Company) in Singapore. He is also a certified soft skill trainer, Six Sigma–Green Belt and ISO 9001:2000-Certified Lead Auditor.
