  • UX Designer (Kochi)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
    • Provide best usability, user experience, and wire framing/web HTML static ready layouts
    • Ability to develop already designed front end user interface with HTML5
    • Provide design for Mobile, E-Channels requirements, and enhance the look and feel of existing applications
    • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
    • Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets
    • Build page navigation, buttons and search fields
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
    • Follow-up on development procedures and standards
    • Adhere to style standards like fonts, colors and images
    • Follow-up on and execute manager assignment for the provided tasks
    • Provide feedback and coordinate with the related manager on any possible case that could affect the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of UX design experience
    • Expertise in standard UX software. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
    • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experience that meets client needs and vision
    • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, with a deep understanding of mobile-first approach and responsive design
    • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes and storyboards.


  • Business Consultants (Baghdad)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for project implementation, primary analysis of the client requirements
    • Define the business requirements of the clients, and prepare the reports (BRDs), and then get sign off of the BRDs
    • Provide system training to clients. Conduct QA onsite new development/modifications related to the project, troubleshoot and help users in their day-to-day operations during the go live phase
    • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the clients by communicating and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner
    • Work with clients to refine, prioritize and schedule all the technical assistant requests (TARs). Follow up with the Project Manager/Development Manager on the timely resolution of the TARs
    • Help secure client approval on the specification reports. Apply business knowledge to the application and provide necessary information to support the Product Management team.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Business and Commerce/Banking/Audit & Finance from a reputable institute
    • Minimum two years of experience in banking, auditing, investment or finance
    • Experience in BFSI software consulting is a definite plus
    • The candidate should be willing to travel.


  • Technical Consultants (Baghdad / Kuwait)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the implementation of core banking platform at clients′ sites
    • Technical analysis of the performance problems in our proprietary software′s RDBMS
    • Provide training to our clients on our core banking platform
    • Fix the issues reported by clients in their day-to-day operations
    • Work closely with clients, monitor and troubleshoot any inconsistencies getting reported on our proprietary software on a daily basis
    • Make detailed analysis of the application, trace log files to identify the possible causes of missing columns and other type of issues
    • Perform proprietary software′s upgrade testing.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • University degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • The candidate should have programming and or software implementation and support experience from 1 to 2 years, preferably in JAVA
    • The candidate should have programming experience in object-oriented/client-server technologies and RDBMS, and should be able to write SQL statements
    • The candidate should be willing to travel.


  • Presales Manager (Beirut)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and control the activities of Presales and senior presales consultants to utilize them to their maximum efficiency
    • Lead Presales support activities to prospective and existing clients while ensuring client satisfaction
    • Provide answers to questions in a Request for Information (RFI) and a Request for Proposal (RFP)
    • Develop and deliver outstanding product presentations, demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC)
    • Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the process
    • Maintain demo set-up of all products offered by the company
    • Actively assist the Product Management department in new market trends requirement gathering from prospect visits and interactions
    • Assist clients, prospects and Sales representatives to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return on Investment)
    • Work with the Presales Vice President to refine the Sales cycle, sales tenders and contracts.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor in Banking and Finance
    • Minimum 8 years of work experience in a relevant field is required
    • Experience in Islamic Banking and Sharia Compliance is a plus
    • Knowledge in financial software applications
    • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in both written and verbal English and French is essential
    • Ability to travel as and when needed.


  • ICT Helpdesk Officer (Beirut)
  • • University degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Fresh graduate, energetic, enthusiast, eager to learn, willing to build a career in IT
    • Excellent communication skills, with good command of English. French is a plus
    • Responsible for managing all internal ICT Helpdesk requests.


  • Business Intelligence Developer (Beirut)
  • • 3-5 years of development experience in Business Intelligence areas
    • Experience with ETL tools using SSIS 2012
    • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts
    • Building cubes using SSAS 2012
    • Building reports in Excel 2013, SSRS 2012, and/or other reporting tools
    • Knowledge of Oracle/Sybase databases is a plus
    • Experience in SharePoint development; SharePoint web parts, web pages, etc.
    • SharePoint configuration/administration is a plus
    • Knowledge of .net framework and .net framework development
    • Knowledge of SQL Server is a must
    • Knowledge of SQL Server system databases (procedures, queries, administration, performance audit).

  • Software Maintenance & Support Consultant (Beirut / Cairo / Kochi)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the implementation of the core banking system at client sites
    • Responsible for the maintenance and support of our core banking system
    • Functional and technical analysis of our proprietary software specific features
    • Technical analysis of the performance problems in our proprietary software RDBMS in improving performance of the system
    • Training clients on our proprietary software (core banking)
    • Fixing issues reported by clients during their day-to-day operations
    • Monitoring and troubleshooting any inconsistencies getting reported on our proprietary software by our clients on daily basis
    • Detailed analysis of the application trace log files to identify the possible causes of messages, missing columns and other types of issues
    • Performing proprietary software upgrade testing.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software Engineer (Cairo)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Designs, develops and maintains enterprise scale web-based and desktop-based applications using the latest state-of-the-art .Net technologies
    • Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex procedures in database
    • Produces high quality codes according to the company development standards
    • Writes well designed, testable, efficient code for software components, units and modules that meets product specifications and development schedules
    • Ability to work with automation and code generation tools to achieve high and consistent productivity.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
    • Strong knowledge of object oriented concepts
    • Excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio .NET
    • Excellent knowledge of database concepts and coding on Oracle, SQL databases or MySQL
    • 3-5 years of experience in the above competencies

  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Creates, maintains, and executes manual and automated test scripts

    • Contributes to the enhancement of company standards.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
    • Experience in software testing tools. Ability to develop automated testing scripts is a plus

  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Works on the archive process
    • Processes testing and monitoring to resolve any performance problem
    • Works on Oracle and Sybase RDBMS.


  • Java Developer (Beirut / Kochi)
  • Java Web Development of presentation layers (with customized components) along with business and database access layers.
    Banking business knowledge is a plus, along with experience or knowledge in:

    • JAVA language, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX
    • MVC Framework - Struts1 / Struts2
    • Spring Framework
