The system handles all equity placements processing and deals structuring for providing financing for various companies set up in an equity placement deal (Real Estate and Private Equity placements). The module allows setting and managing Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies as part of these deals. It fully handles the workflow related to the private equity placements including the investments’ management and interests’ processing.

The system also allows automatic processing of the deals structures and automatically handles the investments of the bank, its clients and mutual funds in a highly parameterized and user-friendly mode.

Through a single data entry process, the system allows the user to maintain at a MACRO level the deal structure in a graphical format; thereon, the system processes automatically all required investments, trades (equity and debt financing), updates the shares register and generates all the relevant accounting entries in the different entities’ books. The system also handles certificates management, back office settlement, NAV calculation, cash and share dividends processing, in addition to various other investments related transactions.
