Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Work as part of the Corporate Communications & Marketing Team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Reporting and coordinating with the Product Manager for business requirements and their specifications in relation to the system
  • Preparing business requirements and functional specifications for internal projects, interacting, coordinating and following up with the different teams to obtain complete information
  • Reviewing business requirements submitted by onsite teams and coordinating for the completeness of requirements and their adaptability to the global market practice, in addition to preparing the functional specification solutions to meet business requirements
  • Maintaining plan of upcoming activities and providing delivery dates for scheduled tasks
  • Researching on Central Banks’ requirements and various countries’ regulations for the purpose of compliance and conformity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Banking & Finance (BA or MA)

  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research on specific areas related to products/markets to clarify and understand new emerging technologies. Research also includes that of the Central Bank’s circulars as well as other countries regulations for the purpose of conformity and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze the business requirements based on client demands or market study and generate the related functional requirement specifications
  • Check system’s compliance with specific rules and regulations, and issues detailed compliance documents
  • Attend conferences, workshops and seminars to keep track with the new market trends and industry innovations
  • Based on collected information from workshops, suggest/initiate recommendations for enhancements and discuss them with the Product Manager
  • Write the needed documents with the required details
  • Coordinate with the Development team to follow-up on the enhancement processing within the set timeline, and do the needed testing to evaluate and verify compliance according to requested specifications
  • Based on the Product Manager’s requirements, assist with the client consultation as per the area of expertise
  • Update/construct drafts of work procedures and datasheets when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business/Finance from a reputable university with emphasis on related field (Finance/Accounting)
  • 8+ years of experience in Corporate Banking (Islamic or conventional) with good business knowledge in loans/facility/profit calculation/collections, etc.
  • Some marketing, research or other similar background including general knowledge in banking software, software development and implementation practices is an added value
  • Must be excellent in critical and analytical thinking
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan the various releases and the overall release lifecycle
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the backlog, or operating system updates
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews
  • Produce deployment, run books and implementation plans

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom CRM solutions
  • Design/develop/code/test and implement features that expand Dynamics CRM functionality
  • 2-3 years’ experience in web development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
  • Excellent knowledge in Java Script, CSS and JQuery
  • Good knowledge of web services or API, creation and consumption of REST and SOAP
  • Knowledge in Dynamics CRM functionalities on premise/cloud is an added value

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure, and ensuring that related procedures are adhered to
  • Assists project implementation teams with technical issues in the initiation phases
  • Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures and contributes to maintaining system standards
  • Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
  • Performs backup operations, while ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media/ recovery tapes / disks and sent offsite as necessary
  • Performs regular file archival and purge as necessary
  • Provides Tier II and III support for client requests. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Between 8 -12 years’ experience in Microsoft system administration
  • Experience should be covering installation, configuration, utilization monitoring, troubleshooting, hardening, and setting standard configuration across the organization’s servers (multinational) for:
    -Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, System Center Configuration Manager, SharePoint, IIS servers
    -Microsoft Systems Administration/ Systems Engineering Professional Certification
    -Linux Systems Administration/ Experience and certification is a plus
  • Experience in VMWARE is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (English language) to communicate and guide a team of IT professionals across the organization multiple geographical locations/countries.

Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in developing hybrid mobile apps, preferably Mobile Banking applications
  • Experience in working with Ionic 2 is preferred. Experience in working with Angular JS, HTML, CSS is preferred
  • Experience in using Java programming as backend service is preferred
  • Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques

  • Responsible for the project implementation, primary analysis of client requirements
  • Defining the client business requirements and preparing the reports (BRDs), and then getting sign-off of the BRDs

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of the core banking system at client sites
  • Responsible for the maintenance and support of our core banking system
  • Functional and technical analysis of our proprietary software specific features
  • Technical analysis of the performance problems in our proprietary software RDBMS in improving performance of the system
  • Training clients on our proprietary software (core banking)
  • Fixing issues reported by clients during their day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting any inconsistencies getting reported on our proprietary software by our clients on daily basis
  • Detailed analysis of the application trace log files to identify the possible causes of messages, missing columns and other types of issues
  • Performing proprietary software upgrade testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
