Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand the application’s client architecture and relevant mapping details to analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by clients / business consultants
  • Implement and administer web applications on client sites worldwide
  • Develop and run database scripts for data migration, data cleansing, and data fixing
  • Support and maintain web applications
  • Develop web application reports
  • Responsible for analyzing and simulating application issues reported by the client
  • Perform detailed analysis of the application trace log files to identify the possible cause of messages, missing columns and other type of issues
  • Collect and apply preliminary analysis on the queries hanging / performance delays, verify the database related to tables’ indexes and communicate with Product Engineering team to make the needed action
  • Complex Issues: Evaluate the analysis done by Technical Consultants. Conduct a detailed technical analysis of complex issues reported in applications.
  • Provide the details of the analysis done to PE towards obtaining a fix
  • Document details of analysis and provide issue resolution to client wherever applicable
  • Provide support to Technical Consultants / Analysts whenever needed
  • Responsible for doing final validation testing of the respective application
  • Perform upgrade testing
  • Third party Integration support for client under support
  • Understand the third party integration setup done
  • Perform detailed analysis of an issue reported during third party integration interface by executing required selects and analyzing the relevant log files
  • Build standard queries to check third party integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Master degree is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of writing SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers
  • Proven experience in web reporting tools
  • Solid knowledge of object oriented concepts
  • Good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio .NET
  • Adequate knowledge of Oracle database administration
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Director – Research & Development, the duties and responsibilities of the CRM Solution Developer include:

  • Collaborating with other software developers and product managers to build and enhance the product
  • Developing and maintaining the set of solutions
  • Assisting in customizing the system to meet business needs
  • Assisting in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics, deploying, customizing and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Good skills in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft .NET development using C#

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project support and understands project support methodology
  • Conducts preliminary trouble shooting on the technical issues reported by the client
  • Coordinates with the Product Engineering team in order to gather all the needed script for technical issues, tests them for validity purpose, delivers the needed part to the client, and assists the client in answering any issues

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Presales Support activity to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide answers to questions in a Request For Information (RFI) or a Request For Proposal (RFP)
  • Develop and deliver outstanding product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoC)
  • Create internal software requests and PoC implementation plans and monitor the process

  • Specify, design, implement, test, and maintain platform-independent, complex software system components and applications

The candidate will be working with EPMO Business Analysts’ team and key business stakeholders to design and develop semantic layers for end users’ reporting, KPIs and analytics capability.

Qualifications:
