Project Management

Path Solutions’ team has extensive experience in managing Core banking implementations worldwide using an advanced Project Management Practice based on the collective experience and extensive research that our team has exercised in Core banking implementations. A typical project is a joint collaboration between Path Solutions and the client with human resources working together from both organizations, and with responsibilities associated with each role. An ongoing and open communication between teams is a requirement for project success, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the project scope, timeline, status, objective and priorities. Once the scope statement is clearly defined in the project plan document, addressing issues as well as mitigating risks on a reliably consistent basis throughout the project is imperative.

Managing a project requires conducting regular project reviews to evaluate the progress – each milestone and task – thus ensuring that the project is advancing on schedule and that every issue is resolved or escalated to continue the steady progress for achieving the required milestone and the overall project objective. All deliverables, which go through rigorous quality assurance processes, are shared with the client’s management to ensure a successful outcome.

We recognize the importance of prudent Project Management to the success of our projects. Our approach takes into account all facets of Project Management including training of users on the system to be able to configure it to meet their future requirements, and by incrementally testing the system against those requirements.
